Nico Longo

Nicoletta “Nico” Longo is the Team Leader of the Realty Boston Team at Century 21 Cityside, specializing in multifamily, development, and condominium sales throughout East Boston and the North End. In 2025, she closed $22.5 million in sales, reinforcing her reputation as a strategic advisor to investors, developers, and property owners seeking thoughtful, data-driven execution.

Over the course of her career, Nico has led the marketing of more than 500 exclusive listings, with a concentration in value-add multifamily assets, condo conversions, and ground-up construction projects. She is particularly known for identifying off-market opportunities and advising clients on acquisition strategy, asset repositioning, and exit planning. Her analytical approach, combined with strong negotiation skills and deep market insight, allows her clients to make confident, well-informed decisions in competitive environments.

Having lived and worked in Boston for nearly two decades, Nico brings hyperlocal market intelligence and a well-established network of relationships with property owners, developers, lenders, attorneys, and community stakeholders.
