Over the course of her career, Nico has led the marketing of more than 500 exclusive listings, with a concentration in value-add multifamily assets, condo conversions, and ground-up construction projects. She is particularly known for identifying off-market opportunities and advising clients on acquisition strategy, asset repositioning, and exit planning. Her analytical approach, combined with strong negotiation skills and deep market insight, allows her clients to make confident, well-informed decisions in competitive environments.
Having lived and worked in Boston for nearly two decades, Nico brings hyperlocal market intelligence and a well-established network of relationships with property owners, developers, lenders, attorneys, and community stakeholders. Her focused geographic expertise enables her to anticipate neighborhood shifts, assess risk, and structure transactions from a position of strength.
In addition to her professional work, Nico is the Founder of NamaStay Sober, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing yoga and wellness opportunities to individuals in recovery. She is deeply committed to mentorship and developing her all-female team, fostering a culture of integrity, authenticity, and excellence.
Nico is also a new Mom and draws significant inspiration from family life. Together with her husband, she is renovating and designing a 300-year-old farmhouse in Ireland, a passion project that reflects her appreciation for restoration.
