As the leader of the Realty Boston Team, Nicoletta Longo has played a pivotal role in building an extensive portfolio of over 300 exclusive listings. Her specialization lies in acquisition strategy, with an emphasis on multifamily and development properties. Nico excels at sourcing off-market listings and assisting investor clients in converting properties into condos or quality rentals.
She focuses predominantly in the North End and East Boston, where she lives, and has an intimate local-market knowledge and an extensive network of relationships with investment and real estate professionals, property owners, and community leaders. Nico truly enjoys breaking down deals and working in undervalued asset acquisition, mixed unit repositioning and value-add renovations. Beyond her career, she is deeply passionate about yoga, travel, and her organization NamaStay Sober, which is a charity she founded and currently serves as the President and Board Chair. Nico also cherishes quality time spent with friends, family, her fiancé, and her growing farm with goats and chickens. She is driven by the desire to develop her team, aligning their goals with hers and evolving and succeeding in the industry together. Aleksandra Frasheri is a dedicated real estate professional and longtime East Boston resident with over 7 years of experience in residential sales and rentals throughout Greater Boston.
