Nico Longo | Team Leader
As the leader of the Realty Boston Team, Nicoletta Longo has played a pivotal role in building an extensive portfolio of over 300 exclusive listings. Her specialization lies in acquisition strategy, with an emphasis on multifamily and development properties. Nico excels at sourcing off-market listings and assisting investor clients in converting properties into condos or quality rentals.
She focuses predominantly in the North End and East Boston, where she lives, and has an intimate local-market knowledge and an extensive network of relationships with investment and real estate professionals, property owners, and community leaders. Nico truly enjoys breaking down deals and working in undervalued asset acquisition, mixed unit repositioning and value-add renovations. "I find that specializing in a specific area gives me a greater understanding of the nuances of the neighborhood. My depth of experience provides a competitive advantage in identifying properties and closing."
Beyond her career, she is deeply passionate about yoga, travel, and her organization NamaStay Sober, which is a charity she founded and currently serves as the President and Board Chair. Nico also cherishes quality time spent with friends, family, her fiancé, and her growing farm with goats and chickens. She is driven by the desire to develop her team, aligning their goals with hers and evolving and succeeding in the industry together. Shinika has 3 years of marketing, sales and customer service experience and is a committed listener to her clients needs. She focuses on getting the result and is most often described as being highly dependable and thorough with her communication.

Aleksandra Frasheri | Agent
Aleksandra Frasheri has been an East Boston resident for over 25 years and selling real estate for 7 years. Aleks has rented and sold properties all over the Greater Boston area, with a focus on East Boston. Her simple goal is to have each client feel like her only client. Clients learn quickly that Aleks cares about people, and provides the highest level of service possible.
Aleks is fluent in Albanian, the native language of her country of origin. She enjoys walking the many green spaces and parks that East Boston offers as well as creating social media and marketing content. Aleks graduated from UMASS in 2017 with a degree in finance which assists in her ability to perform proper evaluations for her clients when buying and selling properties.

Chartelle James re-entered the world of real estate with the Realty Boston Team/Century 21 Cityside after working in the hospitality and event planning industry. Micaela Robinson was born and raised on Boston's North Shore and frequently found herself taking the blue line in to explore the city from a young age. Her love of transformation brought her into real estate to join the Realty Boston team and as a labor and delivery nurse, it couldn’t be more clear that helping others through big transitions in their lives is what fuels her and gives her purpose. When she’s not doing real estate or working as a nurse, she loves spending time with friends, at the beach with her dog, working out, or flipping furniture!
